Equipped with advanced digital microwave measurement technology and engineered to meet the diverse demands of the sugar manufacturing and refining processes, The Model IL, In-Line Brix Sensor provides unparalleled Brix measurement with industry leading measuring resolution, range and stability within a wide range of Brix measurement applications. 

Designed as an integrated, stand-alone unit, the Model IL Sensor has a 24VDC input and a 4-20mA Brix output. The streamlined design inserts through a vessel wall, sealed with a swift and secure quick coupling mechanism. Whether the sensor is commissioned on-site or remotely, our representative is always with you, ensuring a frictionless experience from setup to operation.

Common applications of the sensors are crystallizer pan control and large diameter pipelines with a diameter of atleast 130 mm, where they are used to measure Brix of sugar juices on a comprehensive spectrum ranging from 0 to 95°Bx. Furthermore, the sensor lends itself to a multitude of other diverse applications, underscoring its versatility and adaptability.

Model IL In-Line sensor is applicable for a large variety of Brix measurement needs throughout the sugar manufacturing and refining processes, where a wide measuring range and high stability are appreciated. The Most common application is vacuum pan Brix control. Precise and consistent seeding control is crucial in order to obtain high crystal quality, high yield and reduced energy costs. Remote commissioning:

Remote commissioning services are based on a Wireless Cell or mill network, whichever is convenient. An industrial router facilitating remote access is embedded to the Connection Unit delivered with each Brix sensor. Remote commissioning ensures the fastest and most cost-efficient way of starting up sensors from the first day of delivery. Minimum mill personnel participation is needed and tune up will be ready in just a matter of hours. This is all based on the sophisticated autocalibration functions of all Inmec sensors. If a mill person is starting up a sensor, our on-line help desk will be available to provide necessary assistance and training. We offer worldwide and fixed price Remote commissioning to all our customers. 

On-site Commissioning:

Inmec Commissioning and service personnel are available to assist our customers in any issue at mill site whenever needed.
