Equipped with advanced digital microwave measurement technology and engineered to meet the diverse demands of the sugar manufacturing and refining processes, The Model IL, In-Line Brix Sensor provides unparalleled Brix measurement with industry leading measuring resolution, range and stability within a wide range of Brix measurement applications. 

Designed as an integrated, stand-alone unit, the Model IL Sensor has a 24VDC input and a 4-20mA Brix output. The streamlined design inserts through a vessel wall, sealed with a swift and secure quick coupling mechanism.

Common applications of the sensors are crystallizer pan control and large diameter pipelines with a diameter of atleast 130 mm, where they are used to measure Brix of sugar juices on a comprehensive spectrum ranging from 0 to 95°Bx. Furthermore, the sensor lends itself to a multitude of other diverse applications, underscoring its versatility and adaptability.

The Model P2TC excels in measuring Brix or Total Solids in a range of 0-100%, configured to the customer's specific needs. The wide measuring range makes the sensor an excellent choice for a variety of different pipeline applications in the food, beverage and sugar manufacturing industries. Based on Inmec's advanced digital microwave measurement technology, the sensor provides industry-leading measuring resolution, range and stability.

The model has received a Certification, Number 4014, for conforming to 3-A Sanitary Standard, 74-07.

The Model P, Flow-Through Sensors provide all the desired capabilities needed for measuring Total Solids in various industrial applications.

With a wide measuring range (0-95% TS), exceptional accuracy, and durability to withstand harsh conditions and material buildup, the sensors are particularly well-suited for use in the Food & Beverage industry as well as in Industrial Slurry applications.

Due to the advanced measuring algorithm and robust construction, the P-sensor series is an optimal choice for measuring various organic and inorganic materials. The sensors help users across industries improve product quality, reduce costs, minimize waste, and lower environmental impact.

The sensors are now available in 4 standard sizes (designed for 50mm, 100mm, 150mm and 250mm pipelines) with the adaptability to express all the terms that are used to describe Solids (Concentration, Density, Specific gravity or Brix) thus enabling the sensors to be used in wide variety of applications across different industries (see applications tab for further details).

The P-Sensors install between bolt flanges in pipelines and are also available as hardened versions to stand for abrasive materials.
