Starting up new equipment properly is the most important task of a mill investment. Training main users and tuning in process control devices to the top performance should be the number one target in any project. Poorly planned or executed commissioning may jeopardize the high expected payback of a new installation. Model IL adapters

Model IL Adapters

Choose the preferred adapter for Model IL.

Model IL Sensor is always equipped with Quick coupling. Typically, a nozzle of the Quick coupling is welded directly to the process tank or pipe. In case bolt flange installation is preferred an adapter is the choice. The Flange adapter installs between the Quick coupling and bolt flange in the process. Several DN adapters are available and illustrated on our Data sheet. By request any custom specified adapter is also available.

The Model IL In-Line Brix Sensor: Precision and Stability for Sugar Manufacturing and Refining Processes.

Equipped with advanced digital microwave measurement technology and engineered to meet the diverse demands of the sugar manufacturing and refining processes, The Model IL, In-Line Brix Sensor provides unparalleled Brix measurement with industry leading measuring resolution, range and stability within a wide range of Brix measurement applications. 

Designed as an integrated, stand-alone unit, the Model IL Sensor has a 24VDC input and a 4-20mA Brix output. The streamlined design inserts through a vessel wall, sealed with a swift and secure quick coupling mechanism.

Common applications of the sensors are crystallizer pan control and large diameter pipelines with a diameter of atleast 130 mm, where they are used to measure Brix of sugar juices on a comprehensive spectrum ranging from 0 to 95°Bx. Furthermore, the sensor lends itself to a multitude of other diverse applications, underscoring its versatility and adaptability.

The Model P, Flow through Sensors are exceptionally accurate and durable Total Solids Sensors designed for Food & Beverage, as well as Industrial Slurry applications.

Due to the highly sophisticated measuring algorithm and rugged build, the P-sensor series is the optimal choice for a variety of organic and inorganic materials, helping users across industries to improve their products, cut costs, minimize waste and lower environmental impacts.

The standard sizing of the sensors (designed for 50mm, 100mm, 150mm pipelines) and adaptability to express all the terms that are used to describe Solids  (Concentration, Density, Specific gravity or Brix) allow the sensors to be used in applications such as Brix of sugar juice and Total Solids of syrups, jams and juice concentrates in the food and beverage industry. In addition, Milk of Lime, calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin and other minerals are typical and applicable mineral slurries. The Sensors are also suitable for compounds of inorganic and organic media, making them an excellent choice for an extensive range of industrial slurries in the process industry.

The P-Sensors install between bolt flanges in pipelines and cover a wide measuring range of Total solids.

The Sensors are also available as hardened versions to stand for abrasive materials.
