Starting up new equipment properly is the most important task of a mill investment. Training main users and tuning in process control devices to the top performance should be the number one target in any project. Poorly planned or executed commissioning may jeopardize the high expected payback of a new installation. Miscalibration of measuring devices may create losses that can be devastating and sometimes hard to identify later on.

Model IL, In-Line Brix Sensor

Model IL, In-Line Brix and Total Solids Sensors: Stable and Precise measurement with excellent tolerance to withstand material buildup. Configurable to a range of 0-95% °Bx.

Equipped with Inmec's advanced digital microwave measurement technology and engineered to meet the diverse demands of applications ranging from evaporation processes to measuring alcohol content in water, The Model IL, In-Line Brix Sensor provides unparalleled Brix and TS measurement capabilities for the most demanding applications, with the adaptability to express all the terms that are used to describe Solids: Concentration, Density, Specific gravity or Brix.

Designed as an integrated, stand-alone unit, the Model IL Sensor has a 24VDC input and a 4-20mA Brix output. The streamlined design inserts through a vessel wall, sealed with a swift and secure quick coupling mechanism. 

Model P, Flow Through Sensors

The Model P Flow-Through Sensors provide all the desired capabilities needed for continuously measuring total suspended and dissolved solids in various process control and measurement applications.

With the widest measuring range (0-95% Total Solids), exceptional accuracy, and durability to withstand high-temperature fluctuations, harsh conditions, and material buildup, the sensors are particularly well-suited for use in Food & Beverage, Dairy, and Industrial Slurry applications. Model P2TC, Flow Through Sensor

The Model P2TC, Flow Through Sensor: Advanced Brix and Solids measurement in Sugar, Food and Beverage manufacturing.

The Model P2TC excels in measuring Brix or Total Solids in a range of 0-100%, configured to the customer's specific needs. The wide measuring range makes the sensor an excellent choice for a variety of different pipeline applications in the food, beverage and sugar manufacturing industries. Based on Inmec's advanced digital microwave measurement technology, the sensor provides industry-leading measuring resolution, range and stability.

The model has received a Certification, Number 4014, for conforming to 3-A Sanitary Standard, 74-07.
