Commissioning
Starting up new equipment properly is the most important task of a mill investment. Training main users and tuning in process control devices to the top performance should be the number one target in any project. Poorly planned or executed commissioning may jeopardize the high expected payback of a new installation. Miscalibration of measuring devices may create losses that can be devastating and sometimes hard to identify later on.
Inmec emphasizes close co-operation with Sensor users to achieve highest performance level of all sensors delivered. Whether you select On Site or Remotely executed commissioning, our main goal is to get every installation up and running rapidly. High performance process control based on our Sensors will always be our number one target. The modern and well proven remote commissioning procedure is our effort in making every installation a reference that speaks for itself.

Model IL Adapters
Choose the preferred adapter for Model IL.
Model IL Sensor is always equipped with Quick coupling. Typically, a nozzle of the Quick coupling is welded directly to the process tank or pipe. In case bolt flange installation is preferred an adapter is the choice. The Flange adapter installs between the Quick coupling and bolt flange in the process. Several DN adapters are available and illustrated on our Data sheet. By request any custom specified adapter is also available.|

Model IL, Brix and Total Solids Sensors
In-Tank Brix, Density & Total Solids Measurement
Reliable in-vessel measurement for food, beverage, sugar, and process industries
The Inmec IL is an in-tank Brix, density, and total solids sensor designed for continuous concentration measurement in process tanks, vessels, and evaporators. Installed directly into the vessel wall, the IL provides stable, real-time readings without reliance on optical clarity or frequent recalibration. This makes it ideal for challenging food, beverage, sugar, and syrup applications where coating, fouling, or vapor would affect refractometers and other traditional technologies.
Using digital microwave measurement, the IL delivers reliable concentration data across a wide operating range — even in opaque, viscous, or non-homogeneous liquids such as syrups, concentrates, juices, sugar solutions, and process liquids with buildup.
The IL is built for industrial and sanitary environments, supporting consistent process control, improved batch repeatability, and reduced operator intervention.
