4″ Pipeline Sensor for Brix, Total Solids & Density Measurement
Continuous in-line concentration measurement directly in 4″ process pipelines. The sensor measures total solids content — including both dissolved and suspended components — delivering stable, real-time data under high flow conditions without bypass loops or sample extraction. Designed for high-volume production environments including sugar processing, food & beverage manufacturing, dairy operations, and chemical processing where robust measurement and coating resistance are essential for large-scale process control.
