Solids Measurement in Process Pipelines
Inmec pipeline sensors deliver stable, real-time concentration data directly in process lines under demanding conditions. The product range covers pipeline sizes from 1.5″ to 10″ with models designed for specific application requirements.
Tri-clamp models (1.5-3″) are commonly used in food & beverage applications—evaporation, mixing, and blending—where hygienic certification and CIP compatibility are essential. Flanged P-series sensors (2-10″) handle larger pipe dimensions in industrial applications involving process slurries, sludges, and abrasive materials.
High-temperature ratings and resistance to abrasive slurries ensure reliable performance in the most demanding process environments.
Pipeline sensors withstand temperatures up to 150°C during CIP cycles and remain unaffected by product buildup—essential capabilities for food & beverage processing and industrial slurry applications.
