The Model-C sensor combines our proven microwave-based Total Solids measurement with an integrated capability for detecting the ionic activity of the material being measured. An AC-driven function captures the slurry’s electrochemical behaviour for internal use by the sensor, complementing the primary measurement with a deeper characterization of the material.

Ionic activity is recognized as a key parameter in characterizing materials throughout industrial processes, offering insight that complements traditional concentration measurements. Our core focus is delivering reliable measurement solutions for crystallization and other critical processes in sugar mills, helping producers monitor and optimize their operations with greater precision.
