6″ Pipeline Sensor for Brix, Total Solids & Density Measurement
Continuous in-line concentration measurement directly in 6″ process pipelines. The sensor measures total solids content — including both dissolved and suspended components — delivering stable, real-time data under high-capacity flow conditions without bypass loops or sample extraction. Designed for large-scale industrial operations including sugar mills, food & beverage plants, dairy facilities, and chemical manufacturing where robust measurement and coating resistance are essential for high-volume process control.
